Lattice distortion of nanoscale silver particles

The lattice distortion of nanoscale silver particles prepared is studied by using the chemical method. The particles lattice contract was found, and the lattice contraction become greater while the particle size decreases. The results were explained with surface energy and surface tension.     

An all solid-state electrochromic smart window

An all solid-state electrochromic smart window employing prussian blue and electrodeposited WO₃ film with poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) gel electrolyte that has high conductivity (2 mS/cm) at room temperature has been fabricated for the first time. The smart window has beell found to be excellent for electrochromism and memory characteristics.     

Preparation of InSb nanocrystals embedded in SiO2 thin films

InSb nanocrystals embedded in SiO₂ thin films were prepared by rf magnetron cosputtering technique. THe observation by transmission electron microscope showed that InSb nanocrystals dispersed uniformly in SiO₂ matrices. InSb nanocrystals with different sizes can be obtained by changing the annealing condition. The average size of InSb nanocrystals depended on annealing temperature and time, but not on the t_1/3 rules. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction were also applied to the analyses of the composite thin films.     

Optical properties of NdxGd1−xAl3(BO3)4 crystal

The optical properties of Nd x Gd 1-x Al\-3(BO\-3)\-4 (NGAB) crystal are reported. The refractive index of it were mesured by V_prism method. The absorption spectra and the flourescence specra of NGAB were also obtained. The optical parameters of NGAB were calculated following J_O theory, the three optical parameters are Ω 2 =1 805×10 -20 , Ω 4=1 85×10 -20 , Ω 6=3 793×10 -20 (RMS=1 4×10 -7 ) and β c( 4F 3/2 → 4I 11/2 ) is about 0 53.     

补偿扰动的PWM逆变器无差拍控制

提出了两种ＰＷＭ逆变器的改进无差拍控制算法．这两种算法根据ＰＷＭ逆变器的状态方程,分别采用直接补偿扰动和最优预见控制技术,利用未来信息决定当前的控制输入．使用ＭＡＴＬＡＢ软件对这两种算法进行了仿真．结果表明,当存在随机扰动及电路参数变化时,所提出的两种算法的控制效果均比不考虑补偿扰动的无差拍算法有较大改善．因此,该两种控制算法能够有效地抑制电路参数变化引起的或来自外部的扰动,使输出电压能很好地跟踪参考电压,控制响应快,鲁棒性好．     

一种应用神经网络的实时语音增强方法

提出了一种用神经网络模型和信号子空间特征分解相结合进行语音增强的方法,该方法利用了神经网络并行处理、高速计算的能力和语音信号的短时平稳的特性．它既克服了传统的谱相减法中残留“音乐噪声”的缺陷,又可以实时、有效地增强语音,能够满足一些语音处理与识别系统的需要．     

基于神经网络的无监督自学习控制系统

所论系统的控制由两个神经网络完成,即对象放识器和系统控制器。并且提出了一种 新的学习算法,它能利用存贮于辨识网络的信息改进控制策略。该控制系统可以对非线性系统,不确定系统等进行无监督的学习控制。     

摩擦和传热联合作用下等截面喷枪内气体的流动特性——(Ⅰ)基本方程及计算程式

基于可压缩流体动力学和热力学及传热原理,导出了表征摩擦和热源联合作用下管式和套管式等截面喷枪内气体流动特性的基本方程和计算公式;对18t AOD炉用套管式喷枪内的气体流动,较合理地确定了喷枪内壁温度和气体滞止温度沿管长的分布,以及吹炼过程中喷枪的摩擦系数;给出了不同流态下喷枪内气体流动特性的计算程式.     

高锰酸钾引发下淀粉／丙烯腈的接枝共聚反应

以高锰酸钾为引发剂,系统研究了在淀粉与丙烯腈接枝反应过程中各种反应对数如反应温度,单体浓度,引发剂浓度,催化剂浓度,淀粉的预处理温度对淀粉接枝反应及共聚物组成的影响,探讨了不同来源的淀粉和不同玉米变性淀粉接枝反应的能力,并分析了在反应过程中锰离子价态的变化,为进一步搞清锰离子引发淀粉接枝反历程提供了依据。     

神经网络多参数诊断法

讨论了机械故障诊断中采用多参数诊断法的必要性,阐述了神经网络理论用于多参数诊断的理论依据,归纳了神经网络多参数诊断法的实施步骤,并以滚动轴承故障诊断为例,对该方法进行了实验验证,证明了该方法的实用性。
